A yoga flow for practitioners of all levels, offering a balanced blend of movement, breath, and sound. Beginning with gentle stretches and mindful breathwork, the flow gradually builds, allowing you to ground yourself in the present moment. Postures are designed to open and lengthen the body, promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation.The flow culminates in a deeply soothing gong sound bath, where the vibrations of the gong wash over you, releasing tension and guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

Moving Through the Elements
Saturday April 5th, 6-8pm

An all-levels yoga event and flow through the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Through mindful movement, breath, and intention, we will connect with each element to create a balanced and harmonious experience. Through earth we seek stability and grounding. With water we will explore fluidity and flow. We will cultivate transformation with fire and expand with the air. Last, we will settle into the space around us for deep rest and relaxation.
Moving Through the Chakras
Saturday May 3rd, 6-8pm
Join us for this special flow which invites you to journey through the 7 chakras—energy centers within the body—unlocking balance, vitality, and alignment as you move, breathe, and connect inward.
Each sequence is designed to activate, open, and balance a specific chakra, beginning from the root and moving all the way up to the crown. Through a combination of intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll nourish your body and align your mind, creating a harmonious flow of energy throughout your system.

All Levels Workshop with Blocks
Sunday May 18th, 2-4pm
This workshop is designed to support practitioners of all levels—whether you're a beginner or more advanced—by integrating yoga blocks into your practice. Yoga blocks are powerful tools that can enhance your flexibility, strength, and alignment, making poses more accessible while also helping to deepen your practice.We will explore everything from standing poses and seated stretches to backbends, twists and inversions. the workshop will offer ways to use blocks to adapt your postures to suit your individual needs.
You'll leave this workshop feeling more confident and empowered in your practice.
